We were delighted to see Balsajo Black Garlic feature in another fantastic recipe created by Yotam Ottolenghi in today’s copy of The Guardian.
As Ottolenghi is a stockist of Balsajo we are always thrilled when a new recipe is created, as you can pretty much guarantee that it’s going to taste amazing.
This weekend saw the introduction of Ottolenghi’s latest recipes published in The Guardian and the Brown Rice, Caramelised Onion and Black Garlic recipe is a perfect side to add to lamb, pork or steamed veg as suggested by Yotam himself.
What we love about this recipe is that there is not a huge list of ingredients and they are all easily accessible, it’s great for all abilities in the kitchen to cook up something special.
